We partnered with Colectivo Coffee Roasters back in 1999 and never looked back. Bold, rich, smooth…They impressed us with their dedication to the farmer’s they worked with, the knowledge they freely shared and the culture they fostered. They pour as much love into roasting as we do into brewing.

LATTE

One-third espresso and two-thirds milk, topped with creamy milk froth.

CAPPUCCINO

Equal parts espresso, milk and generous foam. A café classic!

AMERICANO

Rich espresso diluted with extra hot water after brewing.

DOUBLE ESPRESSO

Two shots of freshly brewed espresso from Milwaukee’s Colectivo beans.

CAFÉ AU LAIT

Freshly brewed coffee and equal parts steamed milk.

DRIP COFFEE

Our Colectivo bean drip coffee alternates roasts regularly. Decaf and flavored roast available daily.

CARAMEL MACCHIATO

Steamed or iced milk of choice topped with espresso, vanilla syrup and a generous caramel drizzle.

We proudly serve Rishi Tea, curated locally in Milwaukee, WI. Direct sourcing and high quality standards ensure a perfect cup each time. Teas can be both caffeinated or decaffeinated – let our staff help you make the best choice based on your preferences.

RISHI TEA

CHAI LATTE

A rich blend of spices & organic, wild-grown black tea concentrate combined with steamed milk.

MAPLE BAKED OATMEAL

Made with gluten-free rolled oats, milk, sugar, eggs, walnuts and pecans, served with real maple syrup and cream. Only fiber rich, wholesome ingredients make this oat base.

BERRY BAKED OATMEAL

Made with gluten-free rolled oats, milk, sugar, eggs, walnuts and pecans. Our more popular topping is the low-fat vanilla yogurt and warmed mixed berries. Filled with fiber rich, wholesome ingredients.

We source fresh, local ingredients to cook up the tastiest Lunch Specials. Every day we have a new choice of Soup or Pasta Salad to enjoy on its own, or as the perfect side. Our salads start with a base of spring mix and are topped with freshly sliced veggies, meats, cheeses and house made dressings. Salads come served with a hefty slice of our special Harvest Grain Bread and butter.

SOUTHWEST SALAD

Sliced chicken, cheddar, roasted corn, pepper and onion on lettuce and topped with crushed lemon chips. Served with salsa and creamy guacamole.

SWEET-N-CRUNCHY

Sweet Craisins and crunchy honey-toasted sunflower nuts make an “ordinary” turkey breast salad… EXTRAORDINARY!

VEG-OUT SALAD

All of our fresh veggies topped with shredded parmesan, toasted walnuts and honey sesame sticks.

PASTA OF THE DAY

Offerings rotate daily and are always made from scratch with as many local ingredients as we can find. Occasionally, we offer a rice or chopped veggie salad in lieu of a pasta option. Watch for vegetarian and vegan options weekly.

DAILY BAKERY

We turn our oven on an hour before our doors open, and keep it humming all day. This ensures there’s always a fresh, warm selection of bakery ready for you the moment you enter. Scone, muffin, danish and coffee cake offerings are “Baker’s Choice.” We keep our bakery case stocked with our customers’ long time favorite cookies, bars and quick breads, but also rotate seasonally with a close eye on the latest food trends.

CINNAMON ROLL

Big, fluffy, soft and delicious dance of melting cinnamon and sweetness in your mouth.

MUFFIN

A classic pastry with a seasonal flavor.

SCONE

Ultra buttery, crumbly and flavorful, this delicious treat changes flavor based on what is in season.

Chocolate Chip, Gluten Free Peanut Butter and a monthly special.

TEA BREADS

Pumpkin Cream Cheese, Banana Nut and Almond Bread (GF). Almond Bread is similar to a pound cake – very moist and dense crumb with a mild almond flavor.

BAKERY ROTATION

Quick breads, cakes, bars, brownies, biscotti, cake pops, fluffs and other sweet goodies are available based on ingredient availability.

ENERGY BITES

Flavors: Peanut Butter Chia, Almond Joy, Cherry Cashew or a mixed bag of your selection.
